You can ask us to delete your account.

This page provides a public way to request deletion of your NextMeal account and associated data, including if you no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion

1. Email yourspaceai@gmail.com with the subject NextMeal Account Deletion Request.
2. Send the request from the email connected to your Apple or Google sign-in when possible.
3. State whether you used Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay address shown for NextMeal in your Apple account settings.
4. We will reply with any steps reasonably necessary to verify account ownership. Never send us your password, authentication code, or payment-card information.

What we delete

After verification, the deletion process covers information associated with your NextMeal account in systems we control, including:

• your NextMeal account record and authentication linkage;
• profile and wellness information such as age, height, weight, activity, goals, dietary restrictions, country, and cuisine preferences;
• meal logs, nutrition estimates, meal descriptions, and stored meal photos;
• pantry items, cravings, meal plans, recommendations, history, and app preferences;
• backend subscription-entitlement linkage and related support records, except information that must be retained; and
• other personal information associated with the account that is not required for a lawful retention purpose.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if applicable law or unusual circumstances require additional time.

Information that may remain

Limited information may remain temporarily in secure backups or be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax or accounting, or other legal obligations. We will restrict retained information to those purposes and delete it when the retention need ends.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other transaction providers may retain purchase or transaction records under their own legal obligations and policies. Store purchase history is controlled by the applicable store.

Where available, you can remove individual meal logs and pantry items within the app. For access, correction, export, objection, or another privacy request, email yourspaceai@gmail.com and describe your request.
